About Sonia Ka Huna
Sonia's approach to Ka Huna brings together flowing bodywork and massage, touch, breath, sound, music, oils, intuition and deep presence. Each experience is individually guided by the person, their body and what is present in the moment.
Her work is grounded in Aloha and explores connection across the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual dimensions of the individual. Sonia describes her role as creating a safe and sacred space in which people can soften, reconnect and return to their own inner knowing.
Ka Huna Bodywork
Ka Huna is a flowing style of bodywork associated with Hawaiian and Polynesian traditions. Sonia's Ka Huna sessions may incorporate long, flowing massage movements together with breath, sound, movement, intuitive touch and focused presence.
Rather than following a fixed massage sequence, sessions with Sonia Ka Huna are personalised and responsive to the individual experience.
